By registering for this event organized by Nexperion e.U. - Solutions for Electron Microscopy and described on their website, I agree to the following terms. Invoices for pre-payment will be issued in early 2026. Participant cancellations are only possible if someone from the waiting list can fill the spot. If you cancel after payment, a service fee will be deducted from your reimbursement. You may transfer your registration to an equally qualified colleague from your institution by notifying us promptly. If the organizers must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund minus bank/credit card processing fees within two weeks. Payment by bank transfer is recommended to minimize fees.
